Holli Hoffarth

Holli had endured more trauma than most. Yet nothing prepared her for the trauma and depression she endured after her hysterectomy. Nearly four months spent in her room it was yoga that eventually brought her back to health. As she healed and was turned away from her local yoga studio she eventually created the space she need to help heal others.
