Cara Marshall

Cara is a spiritual teacher, Psychic, Medium,Intuitive, Reiki Master/Teacher, Shaman and ultimately YOUR SOUL FRIEND. She is a former professional Engineer who awakened to her spirituality after the death of her dear sister in 2009. She immersed herself in everything to do with the meaning of life, healing and spirituality. The deeper she went the more of herself she found. Committed to understanding life from a wholistic point of view she explored body, mind and spirit, nutrition, outdoor fitness, reiki, shamanism, spirituality, essential oils, and more. She channeled the drive previously used for success in the engineering world to uncover wholistic ways to truly live. By 2012 she could no longer ignore the intuition and healing capability that was emerging. She boldly left her engineering career behind to "BE the change’ she wanted to see in the world, and to live HER BEST LIFE. Founding Anam Cara – Your Soul Friend in 2012, and Heart Wild Adventures in 2018, she has coached, trained and healed people of all ages. Cara truly is a friend to your soul and she will call you into your best being.
